Future meeting topics will be defined as those dates draw nearer. Councilmember Holmes asked if Rice Creek Commons was the new name for the TCAAP site or if this name would only be used for marketing purposes. Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that she would speak with the County to clarify this issue. B. Transportation Update Assistant City Engineer Anderson reported that the Highway 10/County Road 96 project was nearing completion as only several items remain on the punch list. He stated that the concrete work on County Road 96 and Hamline Avenue was almost done and that the striping would be completed in the coming weeks. He indicated that the City project on Round Lake Road was progressing well and all water connections have been made to the new main.
