ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 25, 2014 4 <br /> Mayor Grant asked if the chain link fence and stumps would be removed along Round Lake <br /> Road. <br /> Assistant City Engineer Anderson explained that the fence was the City's responsibility and <br /> would be replaced as the project progresses. He stated that the stumps were MnDOT's <br /> responsibility and did not anticipate that MnDOT would be removing the stumps. <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. June 30, 2014, Special City Council Work Session <br /> B. June 30, 2014, Regular City Council <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the June 30, 2014, special City Council work session <br /> minutes, and the June 30, 2014, regular City Council meeting minutes as <br /> presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Resolution 2014-040 — Ordering Abatement at 1437 Arden <br /> Place for a Public Nuisance Tree Identified to Have Dutch Elm Disease <br /> C. Motion to Accept Resignation of Parks and Recreation Manager <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
