Options <br /> <br />1. Recommend Approval: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 14-031 for a <br />Master and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment for the Johanna Shores <br />redevelopment project located at 3200 Lake Johanna Boulevard based on the findings of fact <br />and the submitted plans. The motion to approve should specify if all four of the Amendments <br />are recommended for approval or less than all, and whether the recommendation for approval <br />is to include all sixteen (16) conditions in the October 27, 2014, Report to the City Council or <br />as modified by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. A resident of Arden Hills (3151 Shorewood Drive) <br />attended the public hearing for this case and provided the Planning Commission with a letter <br />addressing their concerns. These correspondences are included in Attachment G. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 16, <br />2014. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by November 15, <br />2014 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60- <br />day review period.
