The maximum cost for <br />services by each firm on the two PMP Feasibility Reports is as follows: <br /> <br /> Rolling Hills Area Grant Road/Noble Road/Lake Lane <br />Element Materials Testing $ 3,450.00 $ 2,850.00 <br />Elfering and Associates $74,225.00 $48,255.00 <br />TOTAL $77,675.00 $51,105.00 <br /> <br />The motion carried (4-0). <br /> <br />10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden was pleased that the former Carroll’s Furniture building had new <br />windows. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant discussed the new businesses open to the public at Lexington Station. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to <br />adjourn.
