Therefore, the Planning Commission forwarded this Site Plan Review and <br />Variance request to the City Council with no recommendation. <br /> <br /> <br />Background/Overview of Request <br /> <br />Transwestern manages the property located at 3728 Dunlap Street North, which is zoned B-4 <br />Service Business District. The property is generally positioned north of Grey Fox Road, south of <br />Red Fox Road, east of Dunlap Street North and west of Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to add an additional parking area consisting of twenty (20) parking <br />spaces to the property. The proposed parking area would be constructed just south of the existing <br />building and north of Grey Fox Road with access provided from Grey Fox Road. This new <br />parking area would be an extension to the west of the existing parking area. <br /> <br />The proposed parking area to be constructed at 3728 Dunlap Street North would be utilized by <br />the tenant at 1160 Grey Fox Road in order to meet their parking needs.
