APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Grant recommended Item 8A be discussed at a future Council meeting due to the <br />inclement weather this evening. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended removing Item 8A.
