ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – NOVEMBER 10, 2014 2 <br /> <br />Public Works Director Maurer reviewed the TCAAP meeting schedule noting this evening’s <br />Special Work Session was cancelled due to the weather. He noted the upcoming TCAAP <br />meetings were as follows: <br /> <br />November 17, 2014, Regular Work Session at 5:00 pm, Council Chambers <br /> Workshop with Gateway Planning <br />o Review TCAAP Zoning Chapters 8 – 10 (Street Design Standards, Open Space <br />Standards, Streetscape and Landscape Standards) <br />o Review Comments and Provide Direction to Consultants <br />o Review Modified Spine Road Layout <br /> <br />November 24, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> Review Revised Zoning and Regulations for Hill and Creek Neighborhoods <br /> <br />December 1, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Council Chambers <br /> Spine Road/County Road I/Thumb Road Update (Infrastructure) <br /> <br />December 8, 2014, Special Work Session at 5:30 pm, Community Room <br /> Preview of Infrastructure Open House scheduled for December 9, 2014 <br /> <br />December 15, 2014, Regular Work Session at 5:00 pm, Council Chambers <br /> Discussion with senior housing and multi-family developers <br /> Council discussion on zoning and density in Town Center and Neighborhood Transition <br />Districts <br /> <br />Public Works Director Maurer explained the City Council may choose to hold special or <br />regular meetings to discuss TCAAP zoning on December 22 and 29. He indicated additional <br />regular and special work session meetings will be scheduled to discuss regulations and policies, <br />the infrastructure study, and other TCAAP issues. Topics for future meetings will be identified as <br />those dates draw nearer. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. September 22, 2014, City Council Work Session <br />B. September 29, 2014, Regular City Council <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the September 22, 2014, City Council Work Session <br />minutes, the September 29, 2014, Special City Council Work Session <br />minutes; and September 29, 2014, Regular City Council meeting minutes as <br />presented.
