ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION—JANUARY 12, 2015 4 <br /> Coundilmembers Holmes and Holden discussed several language questions within Chapter Six <br /> (pages 45, 49, 55, 59, 62, and 64)with staff. <br /> Councilmember Holden wanted to see the Town Center retail area be extremely walkable given <br /> the fact that the population is aging. She asked if any of the homes would abut lakeshore. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that some homes in the Hill and Creek <br /> neighborhoods may back up to the natural resources area. <br /> 2.
