The extent to which the proposal provides public benefits such as usable civic and <br />open spaces, livable streets, affordable housing, living wage jobs, structured <br />and/or shared parking and linkages to transit; <br /> <br />iv. The extent to which the proposal does not hinder future opportunities for higher <br />intensity development; and <br /> <br />v. Considerations of health and welfare to the general public. <br /> <br /> vi. The extent to which the proposal provided a demonstration of advanced energy <br /> resilience which may have an educational value. <br /> <br />(f) In reviewing any Permitted Adjustment, the JDA shall not grant flexibility for the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> i. Deviation from requirements of Section 5.0 (Schedule of Uses); <br /> <br /> ii. Building height; <br /> <br /> iii. Definitions included in Section 4.0 including density parameters for <br /> residential land uses; and <br /> <br /> iv. Block faces <br />may be adjusted no more than 50%. <br />i. Shall maintain the connectivity intended by the <br />Regulating Plan <br />ii. Shall maintain the continuation and/or connectivity with <br />any existing streets where possible <br />iii. Pedestrian connectivity must be maintained <br />iv. JDA staff, City Community Development and Public <br />Works staff approval <br />b. Location of any <br />Required Street <br />(Neighborhood <br />District) <br />Streets shall be on a modified grid <br />pattern. Public views and access to <br />open space areas are required. The use <br />of cul-de-sacs should be minimized and <br />must include pedestrian connections from <br />the cul-de-sac to streets or open space <br />located behind private lots. <br />i.
