ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION – DECEMBER 8, 2014 3 <br />After further discussion, the Council agreed to have this connect from the Creek neighborhood to <br />County Road I shown on the display board; but, it should be noted that this road is not firm at <br />this time. This would allow for public feedback on the possible connection. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher gave an overview of the Master Plan <br />document. She noted that most of these maps and graphics, and comments within the document, <br />were prepared over the past 12 months as the Master Plan Land Use map was being developed. <br />She also noted that some of the comments reflect opinions and recommendations from the <br />consulting planners and that the document does not just include facts about the TCAAP site. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the Master Plan document and expressed concerns that the document <br />doesn’t accurately state the Council’s position on the land use issues in TCAAP. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to not accept the document at this time and indicated that at a later date they <br />may consider having the document updated in order for it to accurately reflect what the Council <br />has approved for the Master Plan Land Use map. <br /> <br />2.
