November 17, 2014, City Council Work Session <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the November 10, 2014, regular City Council meeting <br />minutes; and the November 17, 2014, City Council work session minutes as <br />presented.
