AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. TCAAP <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated the Open House for the TCAAP <br /> infrastructure was scheduled for tomorrow from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the Marsden Room. Ramsey <br /> County has sent out approximately 8,000 invitations along with targeted email notices. The <br /> announcement has been posted for a few weeks on the City website and paper invitations have <br /> been available at the front counter of City Hall. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer explained that at tonight's meeting the Kimley Horn <br /> Infrastructure Team was present to give the Council a"first peek" at what attendees of the Open <br /> House will see. <br />
