AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher requested that the Council discuss and provide <br />staff with comments on the following three TCAAP topics: infrastructure costs, land use map, and <br />chapters six and seven of the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC). <br /> <br />Jon Horn, Kimley Horn, distributed to the Council the executive summary and exhibits from the <br />infrastructure feasibility report. He reviewed the summary with the Council and provided a <br />detailed PowerPoint presentation on this topic. He also discussed the location of the stormwater <br />runoff and water features. He explained that based upon the preliminary concept information, the <br />spine road would cost $11.6 million and the thumb road would cost $4.5 million. The City <br />portion of the cost for the sanitary sewer and water improvements, including a water tower and <br />off-site booster station, are estimated at $8,700,000. The estimated total cost of all improvements <br />is $37,700,000. Finally, he commented on the construction schedule noting that the majority of <br />the work would be completed in the 2015-2016 timeframe. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the stormwater plans for the TCAAP site.
