<br />the Developer’s Agreement under Section 2 – Conditions of PUD Amendment Approval, <br />Paragraph B. With the approval of the Settlement Agreement, the application was modified to <br />reflect the redesign of the development proposal as depicted in Exhibit A. The Developer’s <br />Agreement states that the Developer will update its plans, as necessary, to incorporate the <br />redesign that is depicted in Exhibit A of the Settlement Agreement. The revised plans will be <br />subject to City approval before the commencement of any work on the site. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has drafted the Developer’s Agreement document, which is included in <br />Attachment B.
