<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING CASE 13-017 FOR A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AT 1201 COUNTY ROAD E <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Case 13-017 for a Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment at 1201 County Road E is now before the City Council for review and <br />approval addressing the construction of a 17,743 square foot retail building, along with <br />related parking and landscape improvements on the southeast corner of the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 8, 2014, <br />and reviewed the application, submitted documentation, staff’s recommendation, and <br />public comments regarding Planning Case 13-017, and recommended approval (5-1) for <br />the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the complete application, submitted <br />documentation, and Planning Commission recommendation regarding Planning Case 13- <br />017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff have recommended approval of Planning Case 13-017 <br />for a Planned Unit Development Amendment at 1201 County Road E. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Planning Case 13-017 for a <br />Planned Unit Development Amendment at 1201 County Road E be approved, subject to <br />the conditions included in the January 27, 2014, Report to the City Council, as amended by <br />the Settlement Agreement approved by the City Council on February 23, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 9th DAY OF MARCH, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br />ATTEST: David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________________ <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator
