Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />DATE: March 30, 2015 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: John Anderson, Assistant City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Lexington Avenue and County Road F <br />No Parking Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 2015-022 restricting parking on Lexington Avenue and County Road F. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />Ramsey County is planning to improve the intersection of Lexington Avenue and County Road F <br />Since the proposed street section is not wide enough to support on street parking on either side, <br />MnDOT requires a resolution from the City banning parking in order to utilize County State Aid <br />funding. Attached is Resolution 2015-022, prepared in the format that MnDOT suggests, stating <br />the City will ban on street parking on the west side of Lexington Avenue from County Road F to <br />Cummings Park Drive and on County Road F from Lexington Avenue to Innovation Way.
