<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-022 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION <br />FOR LEXINGTON AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD F <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Lexington <br />Avenue and County Road F and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County will be expending County Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of these streets, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on <br />both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid <br />Street must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the west side of <br />Lexington Avenue from County Road F to Cummings Park Drive and on County Road F <br />from Lexington Avenue to Innovation Way at all times. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council this 30st day of March, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br /> David Grant, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Amy Dietl, CITY CLERK
