AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that at the April 20, 2015, City Council <br /> work session, staff believes that the City Council provided the following direction: <br /> 1. Adjust the density in the NB-1 Subdistrict to allow lot sizes of approximately 85 to 90 feet <br /> wide by 150 feet deep; <br /> 2. Limit multi-family to 450 units and adjust acreage accordingly; <br /> 3. Combine the NT-1 and NT-2 Subdistricts with an allowed density range of 6 to 12 units <br /> per acre; <br /> 4. Adopt the Town Center layout for Fit Test Option#2 which expands the retail area and the <br /> green space along the pedestrian corridor, but adjust acreages and densities for the Town <br /> Center and Neighborhood Transition Districts as noted above; and <br />
