ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION—APRIL 27, 2015- 4 <br /> Mayor Grant reviewed the May and June meeting schedule and explained that the important <br /> meeting dates that would require four votes would be May 26th, July 13tH and November 30th. <br /> Mayor Grant recessed the special City Council work session at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Grant reconvened the special City Council work session at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Mayor Grant questioned if the Council was available to attend a special work session to further <br /> discuss the TRC. <br /> Councilmember Holden was in favor of holding a special Saturday work session. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if the Council was available to hold a special work session on Saturday, May <br /> 2nd He indicated that he would be available. <br /> Councilmember McClung stated that he was not available on May 2nd <br /> Councilmember Holden and Councilmember Holmes were both available. <br /> Councilmember Woodburn was available. <br /> Mayor Grant questioned what time the Council would like to meet. <br /> The Council was in favor of meeting on Saturday, May 2 n at 9:00 a.m. <br /> City Administrator Klaers inquired what the Council planned to discuss at this meeting, in order <br /> for staff to be fully prepared. <br /> Mayor Grant anticipated that the Council would further review and discuss the TRC based on <br /> the comments made on April 20th <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher commented that she would not be available on <br /> May 2nd <br /> Mayor Grant stated that staff could be in attendance, but he wanted to have this be the final <br /> discussion the Council had on the TRC. He requested that staff ask the County how they would <br /> define a"good job". <br /> Councilmember McClung wanted to better understand what level of flexibility was required in <br /> order to achieve 1450 units within the TRC. <br /> 2. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND STAFF UPDATES <br /> Councilmember Holden requested that in the future, the County provide their information to the <br /> Council prior to meetings versus providing the Council with handouts at meetings. <br />
