While building plans or projects that are consistent with <br />the Campus Master Plan require a site plan review, those not included in the original plan must <br />be approved through a CUP Amendment. In this case, a CUP Amendment is required because <br />the soccer facility building is not on the current Campus Master Plan. If approved the Campus <br />Master Plan would be updated to include the proposed structure on the Ona Orth Athletic Field <br />Complex. <br /> <br />1. Overview of Request: <br /> <br />Bethel University is proposing a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Amendment in order to <br />construct a soccer facility building with the footprint of 1,200 square feet. The soccer facility <br />building would be located on the Ona Orth Athletic Field Complex, which is located on the <br />west side of Snelling Avenue across from the main campus.
