In addition to the existing soccer field, the complex also includes six (6) tennis <br />courts and one (1) softball field. <br /> <br />The structure would be approximately twenty-three (23) feet in height and comparable in <br />design to the other structures on the athletic field complex. The exterior finish of the <br />structure would largely consist of horizontal plank siding with brick accents on each corner <br />to match the existing structures on the site. Other exterior materials would include rocked <br />faced block and asphalt shingles. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted an application and project narrative (Attachment A), exterior <br />renderings and building plans (Attachment B), and a site plan, grading plan, and landscaping <br />plan (Attachment C). <br />2.
