Table: Motion to table Planning Case 15-012 for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />Amendment for a drive-thru lane and pick-up window at 3673 Lexington Avenue North: a <br />specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />A public hearing notice was mailed to properties within 500 feet of the subject property and <br />published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on April 22, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comments <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regard to this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 6, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City is required to act on this request by June 4, 2015 (60 <br />days), unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
