A of the <br />Amended and Restated Master PUD Agreement and Phase I Development Contract for 3527 <br />Lexington Avenue N and 1150 County Road E (Arden Plaza) in order to extend the Final PUD - <br />Phase II submittal deadline to June 1, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Due to the slow economic recovery, Arden Plaza, LLC, has been unable to successfully market <br />the property that would allow for the completion of Phase II outlined in the Arden Plaza Master <br />PUD. The property owner is, therefore, requesting an extension for the submittal deadline for the <br />Phase II Final PUD. Included in Attachment B is a letter from Arden Plaza, LLC, providing <br />additional background on this request. <br /> <br />Under the current development agreement between the City and Arden Plaza, LLC, the Phase II <br />Final PUD application is required to be submitted by June 1, 2015. Any request for an extension <br />to this deadline was required to be submitted at least 45 days prior to June 1, 2015.
