Overview of Request <br /> <br />Arden Plaza, LLC, has requested that the submittal deadline for Phase II of the Master PUD be <br />extended to June 1, 2017. The property owner would be required to submit a Final PUD <br />application for Phase II by June 1, 2017, or request an extension at least 45 days prior to this <br />deadline. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends approving the amendment to Section 2.0, Subd. A of the Amended and <br />Restated Master PUD Agreement and Phase I Development Contract for 3527 Lexington Avenue <br />N and 1150 County Road E (Arden Plaza) in order to extend the Final PUD - Phase II submittal <br />deadline to June 1, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 28, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by June 27, 2015 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period. The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period beyond the <br />initial 120 days. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
