Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />The City Council has completed its work on the TRC and would like the community to have <br />ample time to review the document prior to Public Hearings tentatively scheduled for July 8, <br />2015. Preliminary approval on May 26, 2015 will allow staff to prepare for the Public Hearings <br />and to draft the CPA as required by Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />A presentation on the planning process, key elements of the TRC, and the tentative approval and <br />construction schedule will be provided on May 26.
