become a member of such civic clubs or organizations as deemed appropriate by Employee and <br />Employer,and at Employer's expense- <br />12. AU JrOMOBn E.Employee shall be paid a monthly allowance of$100 per month <br />for use of his personal automobile for Employer business. <br />13. GENERAL EXPENSES- Employer shall reimburse Employee reasonable <br />miscellaneous job related expenses which it is anticipated Employee will incur from time to time <br />when provided appropriate documentation. <br />14- HOURS OF WORK- It is understood that the position of City <br />Administrator/Clerk requires attendance at evening meetings and occasionally at weekend <br />meetings. It is understood by Employee that additional compensation and compensatory time <br />shall not be allowed for such additional expenditures of time. Employee shall not be entitled to <br />flex time. <br />15. TERM[NATION BENEFITS. Initial term of Employee's employment shall be <br />for an indefinite period beginning on the Commencement Date. In the event that the Employee is <br />terminated by Employer during such time that Employee is willing and able to perform the duties <br />of the City Administrator/Clerk, the Employer agrees to pay Employee, as requested by <br />Employee, either a lump sum cash payment or a continuation of bi-weekly payments according <br />to the following schedule: <br />A. 0-2 years of employment: Three (3) months aggregate salary and to <br />continue to provide and pay for the benefits set forth in this Agreement <br />for a period of three(3)months following termination unless prohibited bylaw. <br />B. Over 2 years: Six(6) months aggregate salary and to continue to provide <br />and pay for the benefits set forth in this Agreement for a period of six(6) <br />months following termination unless prohibited by law- <br />in the event, applicable state or federal law prohibits the termination as set forth above, <br />Employer will pay a lessor amount to the fullest extent allowed under applicable law. In the <br />3
