Description for the City Administrator, attached as Exhibit B,as well as other duties assigned by <br />the city council. <br />6. PERSONAL TDIE OFF (PTO). For purposes of employment benefits such as <br />sick leave, vacation leave, and the like, Employee will start with a PTO bank of 60 hours, which <br />shall thereafter accrue at the rate of nine(9)hours bi-weekly for years 1 through 10;and ten(10) <br />hours bi-weekly after year 10, provided that, no more than two hundred forty (240) PTO hours <br />can be carried over from benefit year to benefit year. Benefit years start on March 1 and <br />conclude on February 28 of the following year_ <br />7. HOLIDAYS. Employer shall provide Employee the same holidays as enjoyed by <br />other non-union employees. <br />8. GENERAL INSURANCE. Employer shall provide Employee the same group <br />hospital, medical, dental, life and disability insurance benefits as provided to all other non-union <br />employees_ <br />9. DUES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS_ Employer shall budget and pay the <br />professional dues and subscriptions for Employee which are deemed reasonable and necessary <br />for Employee's continued participation in national, regional, state and local associations <br />necessary and desirable for Employee's continued professional participation, growth and <br />advancement. <br />10. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Employer recognizes the need for and <br />encourages the Employee to be active in professional activities. Employer agrees to pay <br />reasonable expenses associated with the attendance at one (1) national conference per year. In <br />addition,Employee may attend other regional and national conferences as approved by the city <br />council. <br />11. CIVIC CLUB A fE ERSIHP. Employer recognizes the desirability of <br />representation in and before local civic and other organizations_ Employee is authorized to <br />2
