The property owner at 3535 Siems Court will work with the Public Works Department to <br />provide easements for existing public utility lines on the property as well as the standard <br />12 foot drainage and utility easement centered along the property perimeters. <br />4. Monuments or stakes shall be installed to demarcate the new side property line between <br />3517 Siems Court and 3535 Siems Court. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1. Approve the proposal as submitted. <br />2. Approve the proposal with conditions (Recommended Action). <br />3. Deny the application with reasons for denial. <br />4. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City <br />and mailed to property owners within five hundred (500) feet of the subject property. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />The City has received one comment from a resident (1580 Oak Avenue) in support of the <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 6, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by June 5, 2015 <br />(60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. <br /> <br />The petitioner was notified on May 26, 2015, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day <br />review period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by <br />August 4, 2015 (120 days). The City may extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days, <br />with the applicant’s consent. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
