WAGES <br /> Effective January 1, 2001, a three percent (3%) increase from current wages for the <br /> term of the contract. <br /> SECTION C. WORKING FOREMAN <br /> Section C-1 <br /> If an employee is assigned on a temporary basis to the position of working foreman, <br /> the employee shall be paid $.30/hour in addition to their regular base pay rate for <br /> each hour worked in that position. <br /> Section C-2 <br /> If the employer continues the appointment of the employee assigned to the position <br /> of temporary working foreman, following successful completion of the probationary <br /> period, the employee shall be paid $.85/hour in addition to their regular base pay rate <br /> for each hour worked in that position. <br /> We will be meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., at which time I will be <br /> available at your convenience to discuss this counter-proposal. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jo eph P.
