10/05/00 16:05 012 <br /> Way Permit before the expiration of the initial Permit, and (ii)a new Permit or Permit extension <br /> is granted, <br /> :Permits issued under this Chapter shall be conspicuously displayed at all times at the <br /> indicated work site and shall be available for inspection by the City Inspectors and authorized <br /> City personnel, <br /> Sec. 1.1o. Permit Applications. <br /> Application for a Permit is made to the City. Right-of-Way Permit applications shall <br /> contain, and will be considered complete only upon compliance with,the requirements of the <br /> following provisions.. <br /> (a) Registration with the City pursuant to this Chapter. <br /> (b) -_- Submissiorrof--a--completed-Permit-apps-ication-form- miudhigall-requh-ad <br /> attachments, and scaled.drawings showing the location and area of the proposed proiect and the <br /> location of all existing and proposed Equipment, <br /> (c) Payment of all money due to the City for; <br /> (1) Permit fees and costs due; <br /> (2) prior Obstructions or Excavations; <br /> (3) any loss, damage, or expense suffered by the City as a result of Applicant's <br /> prior Excavations or Obstructions of the Rights-of-Way or any Emergency actions taken by the <br /> City; and <br /> (4) franchise fees, if applicable. <br /> (d) When an Excavation Permit is requested fox-purposes of installing additional <br /> Equiprtlent, and the existing Restoration Bond is insufficient with respect to the additional <br /> Equiprtient,the posting of an additional or larger Removal Bond for the additional Equipment <br /> may be required. <br /> Sec. 1:11. Issuance of Permit; Conditions <br /> Subd. 1. if the City determines that the Applicant has satisfied the requirements of this <br /> chapter, the City may issue a Permit, <br /> Subd. 2.
