July 13, 2015 <br />Mayor David Grant <br />Councilmember Brenda Holden <br />Councilmember Fran Holmes <br />Councilmember David McClung <br />Councilmember Robert Woodburn <br />Re: Retirement <br />Dear Mayor Grant and Councilmembers Holden, Holmes, McClung, and Woodburn, <br />At this time I would like to officially submit to you my retirement letter effective at the <br />end of the October 2, 2015, work day. I also want to thank the City Council for the <br />opportunity you gave me to serve as your City Administrator. The five years that I have <br />spent in Arden Hills has been both rewarding and challenging. <br />There have been numerous highlights for me over the last five years, but working with <br />the dedicated, high quality City staff is one that I will always remember. Also, it is a rare <br />occurrence to be able to work on such an exciting and monumental project like TCAAP <br />and I am proud to say that progress has been made in the efforts to remediate the site and <br />to put the land back into productive use. <br />Once again, thank you.
