The City Attorney has prepared the Planned Unit Development Amendment <br />Agreement (Attachment A). The document has been reviewed and signed by Inland Shannon <br />Square Cub, LLC and Caribou Coffee Company, INC. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
