3 <br />d. This Conditional Use Permit shall be signed by the applicant and the property owner <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> 5. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public <br />hearing for violation of the terms of this permit. <br /> 6. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the allowed use has not been <br />completed or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse. <br /> 7. Criminal Penalty, other Enforcement. Both the owner and lessee of the subject <br />property are responsible for compliance with this conditional use permit. Violation of the terms of <br />this conditional use permit is a criminal misdemeanor. The City may suspend or revoke building or <br />occupancy permits or seek other civil remedies for any violations of this Permit.
