2 <br /> F. At a public hearing on the 8th day of July, 2015, the Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission reviewed Verizon’s application, the report and recommendations of the Arden Hills <br />City Planner, the comments made by the public during the public hearing, and recommended <br />approval of the Conditional Use Permit Amendment, subject to certain conditions, to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br /> D. On the 27th day of July, 2015, the Arden Hills City Council considered the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission, the comments made during the public hearing on <br />July 8 , 2015, the effects of the proposed Conditional Use Permit Amendment on the health, safety, <br />convenience, and general welfare of the owners and occupants of the surrounding land, and the <br />community as a whole, and passed a motion approving Planning Case No. 15-014, subject to certain <br />conditions enumerated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Arden Hills <br />hereby grants a conditional use permit for the following use: <br /> <br /> Installation of an additional twelve wireless panel antennas and related equipment on the <br />existing building. <br /> 3. Property. The permit is for the following described property ("subject property") <br />located at 2 Pine Tree Drive in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> Legal Descriptions and land survey as attached as Exhibit A. <br /> 4. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to full compliance by Verizon and Bethel <br />of the following conditions: <br />a. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by <br />the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by the <br />City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. <br />b. The antennas and equipment shall be painted to match the color of the structure to which <br />they are attached. <br />c. A building permit shall be obtained for all proposed antennas and associate equipment <br />prior to installation.
