Dedication or conveyance of storm water pond easement over lot 1, block 1 by the <br /> applicant; <br /> 2. Land dedication to the City as a requirement of the platting process will be addressed <br /> when the properties are being replatted at the final PUD stage; <br /> 3. Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of Lot 1 will not be developed separately as it is the understanding <br /> of the City that all parcels will be consolidated through an additional platting process; <br /> 4. The final plat must be recorded with the County within sixty (60) days after the date <br /> of approval, otherwise it shall be considered void; <br /> 5. Following recording, the applicant shall provide the City with a tracing ad three (3) <br /> prints of the final plat, showing evidence of the recording; and <br /> 6.
