CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 01-11 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO VACATE AND DEDICATE ROAD EASEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills received an application from Chesapeake Companies for a <br /> final plat of the property located in the northeastern quadrant of I-35W and I-694; and <br /> WHEREAS,Chesapeake Companies has requested that the City vacate certain road easements <br /> currently located within the area of the proposed plat; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City conducted a public hearing on May 29, 2001,preceded by mailed,posted <br /> and published public hearing notice to consider the vacation of the following described road <br /> easements: <br /> Those portions of the permanent easements described as parcel No. 22 in that certain <br /> Notice of Completion of Condemnation Proceeding recorded as Document No. 1832660, <br /> Ramsey County Records, which lies within the area described on Exhibit A attached. <br /> The portion of the permanent easement described in that certain Notice of Completion of <br /> Condemnation Proceeding recorded as Document No. 1719279,Ramsey County <br /> • Records,which lies within the area described as Exhibit A attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council determined that the above- <br /> described road easements were no longer necessary for public purposes because similar road <br /> easements would be dedicated as part of the final plat by Chesapeake Companies in Planning <br /> Case#01-09; and <br /> WHEREAS,the final plat was approved by the City Council on May 29, 2001. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota that the City Council finds that the vacation of the above described road easements is <br /> in the interest of the public. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 29`h DAY OF MAY,2001. <br /> ATTEST: DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> .
