ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL – AUGUST 10, 2015 5 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes asked for the Council to discuss the comments from the City Attorney <br />on antennas and the accessory use definition in City Code. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes commented that she received an email regarding the Goodwill being <br />constructed at Lexington and County Road E. She recommended that a newsletter article be <br />drafted to address this project and provide the residents with an update. She suggested that the <br />City Attorney review the article before print. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant reported that an article was being written to address the construction of Goodwill. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes discussed the upcoming State of the City meetings and suggested that <br />these meetings be posted on the City’s website as well as being announced in an upcoming <br />newsletter. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the Grant and Noble PMP project was completed. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Maurer reported that the project was complete other than the final lift of <br />asphalt. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant discussed the Night to Unite events he attended last week. He stated that he meet a <br />lot of new Arden Hills’ residents. He thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office for attending a <br />number of events. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant requested that City staff address several areas in the community that are in need of <br />mowing. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to adjourn.
