Nancy Kneeland added that we should include all committee members, from all of the city's <br /> committees, in the initial survey. <br /> Karen Barton requested that the EDC members each provide a list of 10 stakeholders for the <br /> internet survey. <br /> Mr. Mooney indicated that the strategic plan would be completed in July. Bruce Kunkel asked if <br /> there would be a preliminary report available sooner. Mr. Mooney said that there would be and <br /> would be available to present the information in June, although the EDC's regularly scheduled <br /> meeting on the 21 s`would not work for him. <br /> The EDC agreed to reschedule the June meeting to June 13 to accommodate Mr. Mooney's <br /> schedule. <br /> Karen Barton suggested the EDC schedule a special meeting to discuss business outreach and <br /> retention. Chair Kunkel agreed and set a special meeting for June 7 at 7:30 am. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:00. <br />
