CALL the Parks and Rec Department at 633-5676. <br />Village Council Meeting - 25 March 1974 Walt Harmer Reporter <br />' The Council approved the final plat for Pemtom's Sixth Addition of Townhouse Villages at Arden Hills <br />(on North Hamline). <br />Engineer Lund was authorized to`advertise for bids for the 1974 bituminous seal coating of village streets. <br />A joint meeting held by Ramsey County and the Rice Creek Watershed District on March 20 was reported <br />by Engineer Lund. Improvement of the Lake Josephine outlet in conjunction with the Lambros Ditch <br />project has been dropped. Ramsey County's plan is tocc truct sufficient outlet capacity so that the <br />
