GC_ <br />It has been suggested that possibly the Crier in future issues be made up of <br />an equal mixture per issue of feature stories and monthly reporting. Suggest- <br />ed feature story possibilities included: A historical sketch on Arden Hills; <br />an article on the Arden Hills Police Department including suggestions on how <br />to avert robberies, what to do if you are robbed; how to contact police, etc.; <br />an issue on neighborhood associations, how many there are and their activites, <br />and issues on Bethel and Northwestern Colleges. <br />As editor of the Town Crier, I am asking for your response to these questions. <br />Please call me at 633-1822 .with your comments, or if you prefer writing please <br />mail your letter to 1822 Venus Avenue, Arden Hills, 55112. The ques- <br />tion was raised: "When did we stop being a Village and become a City? Clerk <br />Administrator Charlotte McNeish responded that by legislative action all <br />"Villages" became "City" for legal purposes sometime ago. However, the option <br />was given to call yourself what you wanted for non -legal purposes and our <br />Council opted for "Village".
