City of Arden Hilts Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br /> Subd. 161 Shore impact zone. The land located between the ordinary high water level <br /> of a public water and a Tine parallel to it at a setback of 50 percent of the structure <br /> setback. <br /> Subd—. 14ISubd. 162 Shoreland. The land located within the following distances <br /> from protected waters: <br /> A. One thousand (1,000) feet from the ordinary high water mark of a lake, <br /> pond, or flowage; and <br /> B. Three hundred (300) feet from a river or stream, or the landward <br /> extent of a flood plain on such rivers or streams, whichever is greater. <br /> C. The practical limits of shorelands may be less than the statutory limits <br /> where the limits are designated by natural drainage divides at lesser <br /> distances, as shown on the official zoning map of the City. <br /> 8*hd-.462Subd. 163 Sidewalk.
