GENERAL CONDITIONS 00700 - 2 <br />CHANGE ORDER #2 <br />(Attachment) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This contract is amended as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Type 5 Mulch was originally specified as part of the residential yard restoration <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It was determined that due to the amount of rain being received and due to the <br />slope of the yards the Mulch should be revised to Type 8; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Engineer directed the Contractor to make the modification to Type 8 Mulch <br />as part of the restoration for the Venus/Crystal neighborhood and Lake Lane. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Contractor shall complete the above described changes and additions to the project. <br /> <br />2. Payment for the work was reviewed and approved by the Engineer. <br /> <br />3. The Contractor will not make claim of any kind or character for any other costs or <br />expenses that he may have incurred or that he may hereafter incur in performing the <br />work or furnishing the materials of this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
