<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-010 <br /> <br />On the 30th day of November, 2015, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2015- <br />010. On the 14th day of December, 2015, by the four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. <br />§412.191, Subd. 4, the Arden Hills City Council directed that a summary of Ordinance 2015-010 <br />be published. <br /> <br />Ordinance 2015-010 is entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 13, Section 1325.05, Subd. 8 <br />(F) of the Arden Hills City Code.” The primary purpose of the amendment is to clarify the façade <br />transparency requirements for commercial and multi-family residential buildings included in the <br />Additional Design Standards for New Development, Redevelopment, and Modifications to <br />Existing Sites in the B-2 and B-3 Districts. <br /> <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2015-010 is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112. The Ordinance is also available online at http://www.cityofardenhills.org. <br /> <br /> <br />
