Date: November 17, 2015 Subject: TCAAP AUAR, Master Plan, and Regulations and Policies – Final Invoice Kimley-Horn submitted its final invoice dated July 31, 2015 for $5,650.28. This figure represents the entire remaining amount on the contract. During the course of the contract Kimley-Horn delivered:  draft AUAR and final approved AUAR at the conclusion of Task 1 (July 2014)  documentation supporting the master plan vision at the conclusion of Task 2 (November 2014)  redevelopment code to support the implementation of the master plan at the conclusion of Task 3 (approved July 2015) The consultant team responded to several changes over the course of the 22 month project. Additional services beyond those anticipated in the contract were completed by Kimley-Horn which include:  additional scenarios to assess Thumb access from south and its development potential  additional scenarios to assess County Road I access  study area expansion to assess impacts at County Road 10/County Road H  additional roadway network scenarios based on changes to no-build and mitigation assumptions  additional mapping revisions based on concurrent design work  additional documentation of the redevelopment code into separate memorandums  additional guidelines related to Minnesota bird-safe building designs  attendance at 6 additional meetings beyond the 46 included in the contract Kimley-Horn is not requesting additional compensation at this time, but kindly requests release of payment for its final invoice. We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Arden Hills through the implementation of this important project.
