This figure represents the <br />entire remaining amount on the contract. During the course of the contract Kimley-Horn delivered: <br /> draft AUAR and final approved AUAR at the conclusion of Task 1 (July 2014) <br /> documentation supporting the master plan vision at the conclusion of Task 2 (November <br />2014) <br /> redevelopment code to support the implementation of the master plan at the conclusion of <br />Task 3 (approved July 2015) <br />The consultant team responded to several changes over the course of the 22 month project. <br />Additional services beyond those anticipated in the contract were completed by Kimley-Horn which <br />include: <br /> additional scenarios to assess Thumb access from south and its development potential <br /> additional scenarios to assess County Road I access <br /> study area expansion to assess impacts at County Road 10/County Road H <br /> additional roadway network scenarios based on changes to no-build and mitigation <br />assumptions <br /> additional mapping revisions based on concurrent design work <br /> additional documentation of the redevelopment code into separate memorandums <br /> additional guidelines related to Minnesota bird-safe building designs <br /> attendance at 6 additional meetings beyond the 46 included in the contract <br />Kimley-Horn is not requesting additional compensation at this time, but kindly requests release of <br />payment for its final invoice. We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Arden Hills through <br />the implementation of this important project. <br />
