AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Interviews for City Council Vacancy <br /> <br />The Council conducted interviews of City Council candidates Steven Scott, Hoda Kemp, Brian <br />Wagner, and Jonathan Wicklund. <br /> <br />B. TCAAP Goals <br /> <br />Mayor Grant explained that City Attorney Joel Jamnik had drafted TCAAP goals for the Council <br />to review. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jamnik reported that the goals were drafted in a similar format as the County’s <br />and took into consideration the comments made by the Council at their work session on January <br />11th. He requested that the Council review the goals and provide staff with further direction. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant asked if the Council should address the amount of retail on TCAAP. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher discussed the amount of retail and non-retail <br />space that could be built on TCAAP. She estimated that there could be over 2 million square feet <br />of retail on the site. <br />
