Planning Case 15-026— Development Agreement Determination Letter—3177 <br /> Shoreline Lane <br /> Mayor Grant discussed the history of the property at 3177 Shoreline Lane. He stated that in <br /> 1999, the developer of the Josephine East subdivision was to escrow a certain amount of money <br /> for the cost of removing the temporary cul-de-sac and extending Shoreline Lane to the northern <br /> boundary of the subdivision. He explained that staff determined that this escrow was never <br /> collected. <br />
