City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective February 29,201-5G <br />PURPOSE AND APPLICATION <br />The purpose of this policy is to establish a uniform and equitable system of municipal <br />personnel administration for employees of the City. <br />The provisions of this policy shall apply to employees of the City except the following: <br />All elected officials. <br />Temporary employees and pftrt tifne employees, other than regular part-time <br />employees,and interns. <br />Consultants and other rendering professional services on a fee basis. <br />Volunteer personnel and personnel appointed to serve without pay, including <br />members of boards,commissions and committees. <br />Emergency appointees serving with or without pay. <br />Seasonal employees. <br />Specialized instructors. <br />Referees and coaches. <br />Election judges,. <br />5
