City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective1+ebruary 29,201-56 <br />PUBLIC EMPLOYEE'S RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION(PERA) <br />The City of Arden Hills is a member of the Public Employee's Retirement Association <br />PERA)to provide benefits for its eligible employees.The City nd the employee contribute <br />to PERA each pay period as determined by state law.
