All outside emlloyment is to be reported to the employee's <br />immediate supervisor. If a potential conflict exists based on this police or any other <br />consideration the supervisor will consult with the City Administrator. any City employee <br />accepting employment in an outside position that is determined by the City administrator to <br />be in conflict xvith the employee's City job will be required to resign from the outside <br />employment or may be subject to discipline up to and including termination. <br />For the pumosT e of this polio,outside employment refers to any non-City employment or <br />consulting work for which an employee receives compensation except for compensation <br />received in conjunction with military service or holding a political office or an appointment to <br />agovernment board or commission that is compatible with City employment.
