City records indicate that this roadway was originally <br />constructed in 1977 and was seal coated in 2001. The roadway is rated as a marginal condition. <br />' Nursery Hill Court <br />Nursery Hill Court is a 34 foot wide roadway with concrete curb and gutter that lies withzn a 60 <br />foot right-of-way and is 565 feet long (0.11 mile). Nursery Hill Court terminates at its east and <br />' west ends with a cul-de-sac. The roadway shows signs of distress such as transverse cxacking, <br />potholes, and deterioration of the pavement surface. City records indicate that this roadway was <br />originally constructed in 1979 and was milled and overlaid in 1993.
